Credit Card Policy
A credit/ debit card is required to rent a suite at our hotel. An Authorization will be taken at check-in for the total amount of your stay including taxes. Should you decide to pay cash at checkout, the authorization will typically take 2-3 business days to release. Each bank varies, but this is the average release time. The BEST WESTERN PLUS Carlton Suites is not responsible for contacting your bank and requesting them to release this hold, nor are we liable for any financial charges that may incur.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy
The BEST WESTERN PLUS Carlton Suites institutes a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on allowing: greater number of people than stated into any suite and/or public areas of this facility including the exterior, creating any type of disturbance, conducting any illegal activities and/or anything else the hotel deems non-conducicive to the image of the hotel, health and safety of employees and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to request any persons on the hotel grounds for identification and suite number. Should the hotel find a greater number of occupants than permitted, this shall be considered an infringement of hotel policy. Be it known that the infraction of any hotel policy shall result in immediate eviction from thte hotel without a refund, the presence of local law enforcement, possible legal action and accountability for any costs incurred. There is a maximum of Four (4) persons allowed per Family suite, and three (3) person allowed per king suite.
Smoking Policy
The Best Western Carlton Suites is a 90% Non-Smoking Hotel. If anyone is found to be smoking in a non-smoking suite, a fumigation charge of $125 will be billed to the suite.
Pet Policy
There is a 80-Pound Maximum for all dogs and a maximum number of 2 dogs per suite. A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day will be charged at check-in. We only allow dogs, sorry no cats. If excessive cleaning or repair is required your room will be billed. If a pet is not registered $50 will be charged to the guest per day!
Pool and Fitness *
Our indoor Heated pool is now open with new Summer hours so you can relax and enjoy the pool from 7 A.M until 10:30 P.M. Enjoy your stay!
